Shipping
Free* standard shipping on orders over $120 before tax in Canada.
Orders under $120 are charged a flat rate* of: $15 in Canada
*Some restrictions may apply.
Once we receive your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipping.
If you would prefer faster shipping, options are available. Rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Orders to all other destinations can be placed by sending an email to hello@pocketpanel.com and we can provide shipping options to your area.
Shipping to the US coming soon! Contact us to be notified once US shipping is available.
Taxes
- Canada: Orders are subject to taxes based on the shipping destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- International: Custom or duty charges may apply to orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada. Please check with your local customs authority for more information on applicable fees in your region.
Tracking
Once your order is ready to ship, your tracking number will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox within two business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Payment Method
All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Cancelling or Changing Your Order
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please include your order number and additional information and we will get back to you.
Returns or Exchanges
If for any reason something is not right, please contact us within 30 days of your order and we will review your request for a refund or exchange of product.
Please include your invoice number and a brief description of your request. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging and proof of purchase is required.
Damaged Product
Please inspect your order when it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. When contacting us include your order number, photographs of the product, and a brief description and we will do our best to make things right.
Warranty
Pocket Panel is covered by a 12 month limited warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended.
This limited warranty covers faults in materials and manufacturing only and does not apply to damage caused by improper or unreasonable use or neglect.
Warranty is void if incorrectly installed, used outdoors, or exceeds the maximum weight of 6.8 kilograms or 15 pounds per panel.
How to Create a Multi Pocket Panel Storage Wall
Using multiple panels is easy!
Follow our instructions below to install a single panel and repeat the process. We recommend a minimum space of 7mm or 5/16 inch between panels for a seamless look or add more space if preferred.

How to Add Plants to Pockets
Creating your own indoor garden wall is fun and easy with Pocket Panel!
First, choose small plants based on what works best for your climate, light, and lifestyle. Add small rocks to the bottom of your pockets for drainage. Then fill your pockets with soil and plant your plants.
Connect your pockets to your installed panel, water as required and explore how to take care of your indoor plants, enjoy!

Gift Cards have no expiration date, no fee, are non-refundable and they are only redeemable at our online store.
